I have lived at my home for the last 30years. Moving seemed like such a daunting task. Juan Sanchez and his crew were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, organized, and ready to work. Juan led the team with confidence and made sure everything ran smoothly. The entire crew worked very efficiently, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They handled our furniture and boxes with great care, protected our belongings, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Everyone on the team was respectful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Maribeth was also wonderful throughout the entire process. She provided excellent communication, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Her coordination and customer service truly made a difference and helped the move go exactly as planned. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with Juan Sanchez, his crew, and Maribeth. I needed guidance every step of the way and she was always patient and helpful whenever I was overwhelmed. She rescheduled my move for me several times when I ran into complications with relocating out of state, always providing options where she could help me get past each obstacle. The moving crew was professional, helpful, and efficient and got my possessions where they needed to be with little difficulty. But mostly, I cannot say enough good things about Maribeth Gunderman. Maribeth Gunderman, Sales Manager at Southbay Moving Systems, is a rare find in the business world – superbly competent, kind and patient. My move involved several destinations, rescheduling three times, along with my remote location and difficult driveway access. The moving crew also brought competence and caring. They were personable, and worked more quickly than any crew I’ve ever seen. (I’ve moved across the country six times.) She not only managed the move but also "managed" my stress, not with empty promises and platitudes, but with an explicit plan, down to the smallest detail and a crew capable of delivering on them. Very professional personnel at ALL levels. From Maribeth who was personable, concise, and very responsive as my first contact with Southbay. To Carlos who came by and took an accurate assessment of our home and all it's contents. Then the 3 strong and polite movers who were on time, knew how to wrap, tape, and move all the items in our house, so that each item arrived at our new home ready to put in place.
