- The Oakland Hills. In Montclair and the hills above Highway 13, narrow winding roads and steep driveways can limit truck size. We check access during your estimate.
- Older homes, lots of stairs. Craftsman and Victorian homes in Rockridge, Temescal and around Piedmont Avenue often have front steps and tight stairways. We size the crew for it.
- Parking near Lake Merritt and downtown. Street parking is scarce around Lake Merritt, Grand Lake and Jack London Square. Reserving curb space ahead of time saves hours on moving day.
- Apartment buildings. Many buildings set move hours and need elevator bookings. Send us the rules when you book.
